By booking or using any service offered by Drivers Miami and our partners, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully. If you do not accept these terms, do not use our services.
Drivers Miami provides private and shared transportation to and from a range of destinations, including but not limited to Miami International Airport, PortMiami, Key West, Sawgrass Mills Mall, and other attractions in and around Miami. We also offer passenger transportation and luxury car service for clients seeking added comfort and privacy.
In some cases, Drivers Miami may subcontract services or arrange vehicles through trusted third-party providers to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience. Those providers are solely responsible for the safety, condition, licensing, and documentation of their vehicles. Drivers Miami is not responsible for services rendered by third parties or for any issues arising from them.
Drivers Miami is duly registered and licensed under Passenger Transportation Services and Limousine Services authorizations, and is also licensed as a Seller of Travel (FLA. SELLER OF TRAVEL REF. NO. ST43041). These authorizations allow us to offer private transportation and tour packages coordinated with third parties.
Payments. Unless otherwise agreed, services must be paid in full before the service is provided. In certain cases — especially for private transportation — it may be necessary to pay 30% to 50% in cash directly to the driver.
Cancellations. You may cancel up to 48 hours before the service date without penalty. Cancellations after that window are non-refundable.
You are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including pickup locations, flight details, and number of passengers. Drivers Miami is not responsible for delays, errors, or costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
For private services, the passenger agrees to pay the driver directly for any additional charges related to changes, extra services, or modifications not included in the original booking.
The vehicles used are recent, well-maintained models kept in excellent condition. For certain private services, Drivers Miami may use subcontracted or rented vehicles. Those providers are directly responsible for the safety, condition, licensing, and insurance of their vehicles.
Drivers Miami does not verify or assume responsibility for the authorizations, licenses, or insurance of subcontracted drivers.
Drivers Miami is not liable for any incident, accident, damage, loss, theft, or injury occurring during the service, except where liability is directly attributable to Drivers Miami or its employees. This limitation includes, without limitation:
Extras such as Meet & Greet, child seats, or other add-ons must be requested and paid for at the time of booking. Drivers Miami will coordinate these services but is not responsible for failures or changes made by external providers.
Drivers Miami may subcontract parts of a service or obtain additional vehicles through third parties. Those providers are fully responsible for their services and must comply with all applicable Florida regulations in effect in 2025. Drivers Miami is not responsible for subcontracted services or for damage, delays, or failures caused by third parties.
Third-party providers may include transportation companies, tour guides, and activity operators. While providers are expected to maintain the licenses and insurance required by Florida law, Drivers Miami assumes no responsibility for damages resulting from their actions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute must be brought before the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Drivers Miami is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during booking is used exclusively to manage and fulfill your booking. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
